We had 6 gallons. Air compressor but I kept it in the basement and carried it upstairs whenever we needed it. In the end, I decided we'd be using it primarily to deflate tires, so finding a spot for it in the garage made sense. The problem was that the stiff, unyielding air hose was very difficult to work with. So I looked at Revain for air hose reels and to be honest the choice was intimidating. Everyone had at least some negative reviews but this one was almost the top rated one, they promised a flexible hose and it looked cool so I hit the buy button. really pliable and flexible, and it certainly made it convenient to inflate our cars' tires in the garage and on the street. The hose pulls out smoothly, and there's a tool inside that evenly distributes the hose so it doesn't get stuck when rewinding. There was a package of air connectors so I was able to quickly disconnect the supply. Hose for the drum so I can connect it to the end of the 50 foot hose from our compressor which is on the other side of the garage. Oh, and it looks really cool. Now that our cars are complaining about low tire pressure, fixing this problem is very simple. We've only been using it for a few weeks, but so far I don't see any cons. I am completely satisfied with this tool and recommend it to anyone who needs it for home use.
