Reliable and professional tool used in various countries
We have been working with them for over 8 years now, using their products to create our data collection surveys/questionnaires across Europe & Asia-Pacific region where we provide market research services - mainly through phone interviews but also online questionairres as well! The product that I use most is Q3 which allows us do conduct quick telephone or web interview sessions (which are very useful!).
It's great having one software solution rather than multiple tools scattered all around different sites / platforms etc..
Pros

- Easy set up process when importing new questionnaires from other vendors such Excel templates in CSV format
- Ease at creating customised HTML questions without coding knowledge necessary
