Review on Internal Redeployment Interviews by Edwin Kreps

I like how it is easy enough so anyone can use this software without any training or experience needed at all! It was very helpful in determining if someone would fit into my organization's culture as an employee who has been with us since day one (15 years). The only thing we didn't really find useful were some of their features such as "employee suggestions" which allowed me to give feedback about what they could improve upon within our department but not necessarily outside departments/companies etc.. Overall great product!! We are able to assess each person quickly by using internal redeplooymnt interviews vs waiting weeks until hiring managers get back from vacation time when there may have already been several candidates hired before them - saving money & resources while still having confidence knowing everyone will perform well once onboarded- no worries here :).
