Yes, you heard that right. This one is tight! It feels very soft, almost plush. It never slips. I also read reviews that said it was difficult to install. In my case, I just flipped it over and started turning it in the right direction, bypassing the steering wheel, and it was very easy. I got this cover because constant use of hand sanitizer damaged the skin on my steering wheel and now I no longer have this problem. I don't know if this works for bacteria, but at least it makes me feel better mentally. I can only recommend it and I also got it for my other car
