Situation: I have connected my Lenovo Y50-70 laptop to my 39" Magnavox 1080p TV (and also my laptop) via HDMI->HDMI as my primary monitor at home screen used). a secondary one), but the image sharpness was terrible. The internet suggested many fixes like changing the login (on TV) to "PC" but my TV doesn't allow them to be renamed so after a few days of testing all the Blue Moon fixes I found gave up and decided to try, the only output connector on the laptop is an HDMI.) Pros: the picture is clear. Gone are the weird discolorations and hard-to-read text Very good quality cables and long enough Cons: I'm not 100% sure if it's even cable related, as it has something to do with the video drives on the integrated Intel or the dedicated one too nvidia gtx 860m could do, but sometimes when i move things between monitors or windows with tab key the tv goes black for about a second then everything is ok. No graphics driver crashes, no dumping everything to the laptop screen like it's been reset, no full screen game crashes because of it, nothing. Just an annoying random black screen for about a second. I'm looking for an answer, but for now I'm giving this 4/5 stars until I can prove it's nothing to do with the cable. If it's not the fault at this point, I'll happily upgrade to 5 stars! UPDATE: After updating the Intel HD 4600 drivers and then disabling the HDMI (Intel(R) Display Audio) audio device, the random black flashes have stopped!
