Cool leggings! on thermal underwear
When I first got these I thought they were a bit thin for my goal. It was 20° but it felt like 9°. I wore them under jogging pants and eventually padded overalls while skiing and snowmobiling and felt warm. There were times when I even started sweating! Keeping warm was my main concern since I'm from Florida and they did the job. I'm quite small and petite and they fit great!
