The company sent a new counter to replace the broken one. The replacement meter works exactly as it should, which is why I've upped my rating. I bought different counters. I have used this NeeCooler gauge to replace another brand (Searon brand) which only lasted 12 days. This counter didn't work at all. Nothing, Nada, Zip. It's not even a good paperweight. To say I am disappointed with this product is an understatement. I've waited too long to install and my return date has already passed. Of the 3 different brands I bought, 2 don't work at all. This isn't rocket science. How hard is it to build a meter that works? I only gave NeeCooler 1 star because there is no "no stars" rating. Just another piece of junk that never worked. Don't waste your time and money with this POS. I contacted a company (Kosiwun) that sells this through Revain. They responded quickly and offered me an upgraded digital meter. I have reasons for wanting an analog meter so they asked me to be patient and said they would send me one. I will amend this post with an update if or if they replace it.
