We use online software to track food waste in our cafeteria. It has been very helpful, especially for keeping us informed of how much we are wasting and where it is coming from! It's also great to see trends over time which helps us prioritize what to work on next. The only thing that I don't like about this software is that you have to input all the foods by hand which can be tedious at times. If you're looking for an easy way to get started with tracking your food waste, this is definitely the way to go. It has helped me learn more about where our food waste comes from so that we can make better decisions about how to reduce it.
