I really like this chair. I work from home and need a comfortable and ergonomic chair. For reference, I'm 6 feet 1 inch and 210 pounds. I was looking for two features: a headrest that adjusts to my head/neck and posture, and an arm lift. Overall this chair is comfortable. good position lumbar support good The headrest is adjustable and I can put it in a position that is comfortable for my head and neck. The seat is not that wide as my back completely fills the seat and the distance on each side between my body and my arms is about 2 inches on each side. If you are wider/heavier this may not be for you. A couple of areas that could use some improvement are seat comfort and headrest adjustment. The seat is a bit tight for me. in 1 place. In other words, if you adjust your body and put pressure on the headrest with your head down, you can push the headrest down, which requires you to manually adjust it back to the desired position. All in all I can recommend this C hair.
