Review on Framesoft Document Management (FDM) by Michael Wiley

The ability to scan in documents easily, store them digitally with different search options for quick retrieval of information when required.The software has been very stable over time which I like as it means there have not been any major problems affecting its use or performance since we started using FDM almost 20 years ago.I would say that if you are looking at this product then go ahead but do so knowing what your needs are going into purchasing this solution will help make sure they get met by choosing right products from start to finish.We needed something simple yet effective for our records department to be able to manage all paper files electronically quickly without having to physically hand process each file through. I like the ease of use and the ability to customize the software to meet my needs. I dislike that the software is not as feature-rich as the competition. The software is easy to use and the user interface is intuitive. I dislike that the software requires additional licensing for use with other software. I have been able to solve my file management problems with Framesoft. I have been able to centralize my files and make them accessible to all my employees.
