I bought these to replace some that were too thin to protect my counter and I couldn't be happier. These little silicone squares are larger perfectly sized, even for a medium to large sized pot or pan. They're a very nice thickness - still thin enough to be moldable if you want to use it as a pot holder but thick enough that I don't have to worry about damaging my counter or tabletop. The colors are nice and bright and they came without any smell (I see people nothing weird smells in silicone and rubber items all the time and these were, blessedly, absent of any scent whatsoever.) The honeycomb sort of design means that they're flexible but thick and they have a great grip both when used as a pot holder and when used as a trivet. Definitely comparable to the large kitchen supply store branded one I had previously and at a fraction of the price. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.
