I have an ankle. I started spinning over 30 years ago while playing basketball in high school and have been spinning it pretty much ever since. My ankle would normally hold if I bandage it or use one of those big bulky bulky braces like the McDavid brand brace. But those braces were stiff, stretched my shoes, and were never really comfortable. However, when I first got the Shock Doctor Stabilizer, I didn't even want to try it. It felt so flimsy and flimsy that I just couldn't figure out how it would work for me, but after using it very regularly for several months and playing tennis on a weekly basis, I can say unequivocally that it really works and very much so works fine. OK. If you suffer from weak ankles and don't like big, unwieldy braces, I recommend trying Shock Doctor.
