YOU DON'T WANT IT! This will NOT amplify the LISTENING sound very loud. 3 phones tested. 1 normal, 2 "enhanced" tone. with me and my sister (normal hearing) and my elderly mother (deaf). THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE, or the difference is so small it wasn't worth it. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Stupid design feature. When you turn up the volume to hear louder voices, the ringer volume gets so loud it's ridiculous! Ring volume and audio volume are all the same. SO stupid design! TERRIBLE! It's so sad that nobody seems to be able to make a phone for the hard of hearing. The speaker is NOT as loud as a regular cordless phone!
