So I got the wire and one of the pins broke off during installation, I didn't glue or press too hard, I've installed several of these in my cars and my brothers but it cannot install it. As if the pin wasn't soldered to the wire. I understand this happens but I had one of the worst interactions with this seller, their customer service phone number doesn't work so I emailed the seller asking what happened, I tried to explain, I don't know , but they don't I don't understand what happened ok ok then I got an email accusing me that their product doesn't help me they said it's my fault I did that broke the product. After a few installs I've never had a problem with any other brand, this time I tried to save some money and that's what I got. Moral of the experience: Spend a little more for a better product. I understand that the product may be defective, but blaming the buyer is wrong. I cannot and will not recommend this product to anyone.
