The lens is good, but I want to draw attention to the problem with the stabilizer. Maybe it's just my lens. With the aperture (4) open, the stabilizer works as it should. If we set the aperture to any other value, for example 10, then the images with the stabilizer on are blurred. Pictures with IS off are generally better than those with IS on. The image in the viewfinder after each shot is shifted to the side and its stabilizer, within 1 second after the shot, returns to the original focus point. The problem is partly solved if, before taking a picture, press (and hold) the depth-of-field preview button (I close the aperture before taking a picture), in which case the pictures are clear. But it will probably need to be sent in for repair. 03/29/2022 ADDITION The lens was repaired under warranty at SIVMA service. There was a factory defect of the microcircuit. Now everything is fine. I'm changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
