I am a professional therapist with over 20 years of experience and certified cupping. I've never seen GPRS cups this year. Following the instructions, I went to the website and watched a video on how to use these new mugs. Nothing was published. At first I tried doing it the way I was taught: squeeze the cup, then apply to the skin and then release without putting pressure on the damaged or sore muscles. The old methods were difficult to use with them, with fuzzy instructions I had to assume that you should apply the skin first, then push the knobbly head down to remove all the air, then pull back and it should stay in place . This makes it difficult to apply on yourself unless you are strong or need to lay on your back or shoulders. I found the suction power to be average at best. I'll keep trying them, but for now the Edge and Advantage cups are the best pro set.
