Review on 🎧 Sennheiser HD 630VB Headphone: Variable Bass, Call Control | Discontinued by Manufacturer by Chris Burns

These are EXCELLENT headphones! I love her! I use them every day while traveling with my iPod and they do more than just do their job! Highs are crisp, mids are superb and lows are solid! No aspect of the sound is clipped or underpowered. I listen to different music; several subgenres of rock and electronica, some R&B and of course good old funk. They complement everything I walk through them. My actual rating is 4.5 stars out of 5 and there are 3 things these 1/2 star cans are worth: 1) Detachable and thicker cable. A lot of the reviews I read complained that the cable was too flimsy! While the cable is not as thin as expected, it could be thicker. The cable can also be detachable. I have headphones with a detachable cable. Some snap firmly into place, while others are a twist that locks the cable in place. Either way, a detachable cable would be a great addition. 2) Bass control. When headphones (regardless of brand) are not used with a home device (such as a stereo) that is turned on, they require additional amplification. I use a portable amp to power my headphones. Even without an amp, you can hear a BIG difference when adjusting the bass control. I have a problem with the knob, even if you hit it a little it moves. When it's at the desired level, a simple touch will change the level. The scroll wheel will make a difference. 3) These headphones should be closed to minimize the amount of outside noise you hear. They're more like open-back headphones, which are great in quieter environments like an empty room or a library. I use them on my commute to work and the better insulation blocks more outside noise. If the suggested issues were resolved, I think these simple tweaks would give these headphones 10 stars out of 5! Those issues aside, I highly recommend the Sennheiser HD 630VB headphones! If you have money to spend, this is really the way to go!
