tried the weighted blanket for the first time, I am very surprised. At the very beginning, I really didn't believe that such a blanket could help improve sleep quality. After trying it, it definitely works. And the blanket is not that heavy, I (52kg, 168cm) fit in it. I did a study that showed that the weight of the blanket should somehow match your weight. So I recommend that people can find out. But this one is good for my weight and definitely improves sleep quality. Worth buying! (Anyway my pup loves it too lol)
