EMME 6-Layer Cotton Muslin Blankets: Lightweight And Breathable Throw Blanket For Adults And Babies Review

I bought this blanket after buying the grey Muslin blanket with tassels! I will say— The 4-layer tasseled blanket is slightly softer (because the material is thinner?) but not by much! I love both blankets and would recommend both of them. I had a friend who loved my blanket so much that I bought her one as a gift for her birthday. She loves it! I would definitely recommend this blanket to those who get hot easily and prefer thinner blankets. It makes for a great gift!

Ordered this in Navy for my toddler who is obsessed with muslin blankets. It is the perfect size for his bed! Super soft, warm enough but also light weight so he doesn’t get too hot.

I bought this blanket for my son who is transitioning to not carrying around a blanket as he is getting to be a "big boy." This blanket is soft and feels just like his smaller muslin blankets that he sleeps with and loves to cuddle with it on the couch.

After purchasing one for our couch as a throw blanket, I was sold and needed one for my bed. My 6 and 4 year old sons asked for their own. And so the gift giving began. I bought one for my mom and 5 pregnant mama friends. I remember when my sons were babies and always wishing for an adult sized muslin of my own. I should also mention that I live in Jamaica and this is the perfect, light-weight blanket for tropical weather.

I love the feel of this blanket! It’s so light and breathable but it is still warm. Absolutely love the look and feel of muslin!

This blanket was everything I was looking for EXCEPT the color I ordered. I ordered teal and it's plain blue without a hint of green.

This blanket is a great throw for our couch. It is perfect for TV watching, reading a book, or taking a nap. At first it seemed too lightweight to provide much warmth, but after using it I realized it provides just enough warmth to keep me comfortable while the temps drop outside, and I don't want to turn on my furnace quite yet. It hasn't snagged yet, but seems it would easily catch on things, but that's the nature of muslin material. I would buy this again.

The muslin blanket was exactly as I imagined it. Like weight & soft. My only complaint was that it didn’t fit across my king size bed, but I guess I should’ve read the measurements more clearly. I decided to keep it anyway because, like my husband said, you always need blankets. Overall for the price I thought it should’ve at-least been larger & I feel it was more of an off white than a pure white.

I like the quality, and texture but it was too small for my king sized bed. When I was searching for blankets I put king size in search bar so assumed the results would automatically provide only king sized ones and so I blindly clicked n added to cart w/o checking size/dimensions first.

Word to the wise, this blanket says you cannot put it in the dryer so prepare yourself for having to hang it dry (I had not) Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. Wanted a soft, cozy lighter blanket for summer and this fits. The only issue aside from not being able to put it in the dryer I’ve had so far is that it snags and pulls so easily. Sadly do not see it lasting more than one season due to that and I am not a fan of fast fashion or throwaway purchases. Satisfied with this now but…

This is exactly what I wanted and expected of muslin cotton. It’s super soft and lightweight, perfect for when you want to be covered but don’t want heat. It’s big enough to completely cover you - tho I don’t know if it covers 2 people as I refuse to share.I do occasionally snag it w my rings but nothing too detrimental happens.I would definitely recommend for anyone that is contemplating. I have nothing bad to say about this blanket.

Wouldn’t use for more than a twin or full bed. Was hoping this would work for my queen bed and it doesn’t and I skipped the drying. Kind of bummed but still going to use it on another bed.

I live in South Texas, and this is the perfect weight and size for an everyday, comfy couch throw. I bought the teal one and then soon after it came, I bought the yellow.

I love this blanket. I bought it just for looks and to be a throw. However, I find myself reaching for it most nights! It’s lightweight, but still keeps you warm! I love it!

I purchased two 4-layer throws, it is a good weight, not too thick not too thin (slightly thicker than most baby muslin blankets). Bought two different colors. I would buy again.

Shocked at how compact the blanket was packaged, considering the description of a large blanket. Unrolled yo find a delightfully large blanket that is perfect for these cool evenings but light enough to not feel burdensome.While I haven't put it in the laundry yet I was a bit discouraged to read on the label that it should not be dried in the dryer but hung to dry.

I don’t get really cold in our living room but still get a tad chilly and wanted something that wasn’t going to have too much warmth but just the right amount and this blanket was the perfect thing, it’s thin, soft, great material and everything I could’ve hoped for when purchasing.

Before using it, I washed it using liquid detergent and a heavy-duty (whoops!) warm-cold cycle, and when I took it out of the washer, saw there was significant pilling all over it. After drying, most of the pilling came off and was deposited on the lint screen, but there was still some pilling on the blanket, which is disappointing. (Don't have this pilling problem with cotton gauze garments, even double-faced ones.) No instructions on the attached tag to use a gentle wash cycle, but it does…

Its a nice feeling blanket in a good size that will be on my couch for quite a while. Its breathable and soft, I imagine not very durable with lots of use though.
