Warning! The water is getting hot! Bought this thinking UV sanitizer was cool. It stayed that way until it got warmer. It still gets cloudy even after draining all the water about 4 times. I checked the PPM with a TDS tester and it was still above 69ppm, not sure if that means "alkaline" but not too impressed. I installed the same in my previous non UV home and it was 1000 times better. The @$& request wasn't so painful, otherwise I would have returned it. Now I'm stuck with it. The best advice is to choose one that has no UV light.
