I was disappointed in my TomTom for a number of reasons; so many that I don't even know where to start. Possibly Ben and Jerry at the POI for Mammoth Lakes, California when we were on vacation and happened to be in the middle of an apartment complex (maybe they have an apartment there?). Similar results for a number of other POIs. Something works, something doesn't. Site navigation is difficult. Support is not easy to come by. The plug of the power adapter falls out of the docking station very easily. The software that connects the device to the computer is not intuitive or easy to navigate. I was allowed to purchase John Cleese's voice but not download it to my device. I could go on (and go on)
