Review on ReliaQuest GreyMatter by Bryan Gallardo

The reporting function is very helpful in producing reports for various customers as needed. Very user friendly interface with customization options available at every step. Sometimes it takes too long before results appear if you are working from another location. I have been able to find solutions to most problems using this program so far but occasionally I run into issues where there isn't an option for me to use when trying to resolve one. Keep looking around for more features because they keep adding them all the time! I am solving many different problems with this software including incident tracking, escalation (managing tickets), etc.
