The cut is excellent, but there was a problem. It is said to have a safety mechanism that will stop the cutting process if your fingers get too close to the food. I tried unsuccessfully to activate the mechanism. Then I called the company. They sent another car and asked to return the first one. I could not activate the safety shutdown of the second machine. When they called me back I told them it was fine because I couldn't even get my fingers deep enough into the tape to take a reasonable risk. However, they insisted that I return the second car and sent a third. The third car is the same as its predecessors. The company paid all the return postage and they were very good. However, the safety mechanism to stop the machine doesn't seem to work as stated in the instruction manual. If you have small children and your device is constantly connected to the network, you can test it.
