I do like the knife. It feels solid and well built. The blade is definitely sharp. And the little punch tool on the end to break out a window in an emergency is a nice added feature, BUT.The blade did not lock into place when I first opened it. It took some working in to get the blade to lock into place at all, and even still it takes a rapid flip open to engage the blade locking mechanism properly. Gently opening the blade all the way does not engage the lock most of the time.It's possible that over time the blade locking issue will resolve itself no matter how you open the blade, but after a full days use and many, many blade openings and closings, it still only locks properly when I vigorously flip the blade open.So watch those fingers until you work it in a bit, and then watch them anyway.
