Beautiful blouse, rough fabric, poor quality

Very pretty blouse of very cheap quality. The fabric is rough. Imagine silky? Well, this one is the opposite of silky. The quality of workmanship is poor, too. There are threads hanging out from several seams. The little loop for the button closure on the back broke off while I was trying the blouse for the first time.I did give it 3 stars because it is a beautiful blouse, and the cut is great.
