May be design issue?

After this pellet expanded,1. the height is longer than the diameter, as a result, this pellet can't even stand upward,2. the outside net doesn't have a hole, so you need to cut a hole before you can put something in.Sorry, but I chose to return this and I won't recommend this product.

Pros

Easy to use: Operation is very simple! Just add water to the seed starter, insert the seeds or cuttings and keep them moist, in a miniature greenhouse. Then grow them and transplant them into a planter or your garden. It's amazing to see the results! Great for beginners in gardening and also for kids.

Cons

The nutrient content may be inconsistent between different batches of pellets
