Review on Sonaki Vitamin Shower Filter Cartridge by Becky Maldonado

I can't figure out how to edit my Sonaki handheld shower review. The shower head itself works well, the vitamin C works well while it's there, but it's absolutely impossible to change the filters. The original filter has an extra plastic height compared to replacement cartridges, which prevents it from exiting the clear plastic part between the hose and the shower head. The shower head only had a 30 day return period and by then I wasn't ready to replace the filter so I had no idea it wasn't going to work. Now that I've given up pulling out the old cartridge I've found that the filter cartridges only have a 30 day return window and that's over too. So I actually paid for 5 filter cartridges that I can't use and a shower head that no longer filters which was the purpose of the purchase. My advice to anyone purchasing a Sonaki shower head and/or filter is to try and remove the filter cartridge as soon as you receive the product so that you can return the shower head immediately if it doesn't work. Get a refund and stop wasting money ordering cartridges you can't use. I have no respect for manufacturers who advertise parts as interchangeable and then design the item to be essentially disposable. I will look for a better brand and also question the honesty of Revain due to the 30 day no return policy if the defect is not immediately obvious. PS It's no problem if you need a different size replacement filter. I just can't get the old filter out to replace with something.
