I like that it allows me to create multiple campaigns for each client and track their progress at once. It's easy to use and has many integrations which makes managing different aspects of my business easier. There are some bugs in the software but they're being addressed quickly by the team. The customer service can sometimes feel slow when you need something fixed right away. If your looking for an integrated platform for contact management then this may not work for you. We needed one place where we could store our contacts information as well as manage them throughout the year so we could easily send emails or text messages back and forth if there was any issues.
