Review on Syosaku Hammered Damascus Octagonal Magnolia by Jaime Pulley

So far so good. A few days ago I received the Nakiri knife and it's already my favorite knife. I still don't need to sharpen it like it should. I feel great in my hand and it cuts through even the toughest veggies I've used it on (winter squash) like a hot knife through butter. This will definitely be my favorite knife from now on. At first I worried about the grip and how strong it would be; although it seems very durable and high quality. This is the most expensive knife I own now, but I would buy it again if the need arose. What an extraordinary blade!
