I am very upset, the product is no good.
Aside from the color of urine, vitamins have no other effects. I ingested 3 cans. (gifted) I won't ever make another purchase. Nails can be slightly more powerful than steel, and hair can climb. Zero is left over. They don't provide you with energy for exercise. They gave me a kickback. Skin turned dry and gray, and hair started to grow upward as though lacking vitamins. Caps in a single word. On the box, anything can be written.
