It is very helpful for finding potential internships because it helps you filter out resumes with specific skill sets which other companies already employ! I wish they had more options like video interviews or face/voice recognition instead relying solely off LinkedIn profiles alone as i think this could be improved upon somewhat if given some thought by management team members (aside form adding those features). A few months back when looking at different job postings online there were many applications where people claimed "great" work ethic but didn't provide any proof aside just an application itself through Linkedin profile etc - thus not much confidence was placed into them until someone actually went ahead & interviewed directly via phone / emailing questions about past projects + portfolio samples before making final decision whether hire vs nohire candidate; however even then most candidates either failed miserably during interview stage OR lacked required project experience needed within organization after interviewing process completed.
