I use this for portion control. It works

Love this little scale, it's good for portion control. Foods like roast beef or tuna need to be cut properly, and checking portion sizes is the only way to reduce waste. The scale has a slight rebound, but that's okay. The reset function is good, the dial rotates, with a large button in front.
