Second-rate product, won't buy it again.
They introduced a dark green tree whereas the original site had a light green tree with four legs (you can see and feel the difference in the photo). Although I did not agree with the operator at the time, they "immediately offer to make a return," suggesting that they are aware that they are engaging in deception. In other words, you asked for "white," and were instead given "dark"; are you unhappy with this exchange? - return it, wasting your time and potentially spending more money at the post office or on a courier service. The Christmas tree they bring seems like it was made to look more expensive than it actually is.
- The Christmas tree was delivered, but it was, to put it mildly, the wrong kind.
