I needed a phone holder for a 700 mile trip but wanted to avoid the suction cups. I had one that melted in the sun and was difficult to remove from my window. This one worked great and was pretty solid. I have a Samsung 22+ with a case and it fits great. No problem accessing buttons or charging port. I love how this clip is and has a retractable arm that pulls the holder in tight. I'm blocking the vent, but I don't care. I charge my phone while it's in the holder and in the past my phone has overheated on long trips due to the suction cup. I am planning to buy a second one for another car.
