Bought for a youth group at a church. After the Friday night Bible study, we always have a life skills project. Now they are learning to cook and bake. As refugees, they know little about many of our methods and love some of our dishes. They used them to decorate a cake this week and the results were amazing. The counseling worked very well, and the cake that the 11-year-old baked herself was so successful that her self-confidence jumped. She is ready to take on many new things. I have always used Wilton products but could not tell any difference. These appear to be of excellent quality. Would buy again. They deliver excellent results with very little practice.
