My dog suddenly started having trouble walking with his hind legs. This was most noticeable on our hardwood floors. This is an adult dog and the vet said it was probably a nerve problem in the hind legs. Our home has become a collection of rugs scattered throughout to add to its stability. Before this play, he couldn't stand on a hard wooden floor without falling off his hind legs. These socks help him a lot with walking and stability. He doesn't even try to undress them because I think he knows they are there to help him. Great product for anyone with an older dog that has traction or mobility issues.
