I exercise a lot but don't like spending a lot of money on supplements. It can get pretty expensive pretty quickly, but Met-rx always offers good products at a relatively low price. I can say that I get an energy boost from it and its pure creatine monohydrate that I may not like. It's tasteless and doesn't contain stuff that I like the most. But I will say that if you don't rush and drink it, it tends to settle to the bottom of the glass shortly after mixing. I found this to be a minor inconvenience although for the price I'm happy.
