We bought the cookie jar looking for a functional and decorative piece for our home and kitchen. Based on our own experience, we do not recommend this product for anyone looking for a long-lasting kitchen storage item. The jar is not airtight and does not keep cookies fresh for a long time. The design is beautiful but the quality is not up to par.
