Not HSS, it's doubtful if there's titanium.
Looking back at the reviews I would never have bought it. On the other hand, I've never seen a curved drill. Broken? Of course, and many times it was my own damn fault, but the fact that the racquet bent 90 after some pushing is definitely a first time for me. , or without a tip at all, and showed clear signs of wear. The bit pictured was used once and it bent onto the second hole which I realigned.
