We are using ccrobot for our customer service department. This allows us to have a live agent available at all times to answer questions, as well as providing a virtual assistant that can do much more than just take messages. It also gives us the ability to schedule agents, so we don't have to rely on someone showing up when they say they will. I dislike that you cannot use it with your own website or app. You must use their platform. Also, the system does not allow you to customize the way you want the bot to function. If you are looking to implement this tool into your business, make sure you know exactly what you are getting into. They are very good about giving you training videos, but some people may need to do some research before jumping in. We are solving the problem of having to hire another person to answer phones for us.
