Review on vCIOToolbox by Bruce Marable

I like that it is easy to use and provides great value for my customers. It was also very simple to set up compared with other products we had used previously. The only thing I did not really appreciate about this toolkit was the lack of training when we first started using it. We were able to train our staff quickly but would have liked some additional onboarding guidance. If you are looking for an affordable way to engage your customers then this should be at the top of your list! We've been able to increase customer satisfaction by over 20% since implementing VCOI Toolbox. This has helped us improve retention rates as well as reduce support calls from unhappy customers.
