Easy integration with Service Manager and good customization options

The ease in which it can be used for any size environment as well easy reporting features makes this software very useful across multiple departments within our organization. Reporting could use some improvement but that's not something I would say has been an issue recently so far - just minor things here or there depending upon your needs/requirements may need tweaking from what you see above though no major issues at all! For us we have found great benefits being able to manage tickets more

Best option available today (and quite possibly ever)

The ability for the user interface to be used in multiple languages. It's very easy to use once you've learned it as there are many different ways that one could perform simple tasks such as creating tickets or searching an incident log database. I dislike how difficult it can sometimes be to find certain features within the system if they're not directly visible when viewing your ticket list page. Very helpful tool - especially if you don

The most useful part about this system for us has been that it allowed our team members who may not have as much experience in service management, or in working within an org structure like ours, to be able to navigate their way around this software very easily. There were some features we wanted but couldn't find any information pertaining to them online so I'm hoping those are added soon! We can now see all tickets assigned to different teams/members, track progress on tickets and assign new…

Outstanding Implementation Support & Customer Service

The customer support provided during implementation was exceptional. They worked closely with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy with the solution. Their responsiveness was second to none. Nothing. Everything about Alemba has been great from the end to end service to implementation and post implementation support. It's an all in one package for incident management, change control, release management, project management and change management. The user interface could be improved…
