Awesome tool for building custom software quickly

Everything is great about this product so far! The ability of being able to customize what we want it to do with little coding experience is awesome! I'm not sure why there isn't much competition in this field but I have faith that they will continue adding features as needed and making improvements here and there to keep things fresh. There's nothing really bad at this point yet either. Give them some time though and if this doesn't meet all your needs or desires than it may be worth looking…

Very good, user friendly system for managing customer requests

I like that it provides several different ways of organizing tickets including categories/tags etc.. It also has many features which make creating workflows easy! Not much at this time but will update when additional functionality is available or bugs are fixed; if support staff would provide better feedback then there could be improvements within some areas too (ease with using). This software does what we need very well - not just ticketing-wise because our teams communicate almost…

Software improvements needed to keep customers happy

I like that our support team is able have access from anywhere so they can make changes without having an office set up close by them anymore! Their software needs some work though; sometimes it takes several tries before we get something working properly or even at all- which means troubleshooting hours are often spent trying things out only after giving us errors about what isn't supposed be there.. Also when using their ticketing system (iSuppor) - tickets don’t always go through right away

Great Customer Service Software for any industry

The simplicity of using this software is amazing! I have been able use it with ease since day one when we first got our support desk up an running!! It has helped us improve communication between departments which was something that had previously not existed within my team or department at large before implementation from ISupportsoftware. There are also other features available like ticketing system but those aren't used much by me personally so can only speak about what others may find…
