Itential Review

I use itental product in my current job as an engineer within our IT department at work for about 6 months now (mainly). The interface is much more easy then other similar products out there which we used before with another provider who went bankrupt years ago :/. Also their support team really rocks! My experience with itentials is that they are very committed in having their users always satisfied by what ever we need or want them for our projects at hand! They have great support staffs who will go out there way as long you stay happy about working together and doing things right when using this product - nothing so far has made me unhappy but maybe I am not looking hard enough yet!? I like that we have some great benefits for our users. We can see how many minutes are being used per user within each plan or device they use (Smartphone/Tablet). This allows us not only to monitor usage but also gives an overall picture so it is easy when communicating with clients about their plans as well as having them sign up to what would suit best for there needs at this time. Itential is a fantastic product with an amazing customer support team. The product is easy to use and makes it very simple to get to the core functionality of a network. It has a good amount of features to help a user get through their day. It can be a little costly for small companies, but as a small business owner, I know that it is not cheap to purchase a product that may or may not work as intended. Try a free demo first. I like that it allows me to easily manage my entire infrastructure. Also gives great insight into the health of our devices so we can focus more attention towards those with issues. Not much at this time as far as anything specific but overall its been good for us. The support team has also helped resolve issue faster than other providers have in the past!
