I like that we have some great benefits for our users. We can see how many minutes are being used per user within each plan or device they use (Smartphone/Tablet). This allows us not only to monitor usage but also gives an overall picture so it is easy when communicating with clients about their plans as well as having them sign up to what would suit best for there needs at this time. There isn’t really anything in particular which i dislike however if you want something specific let me know! Its good because its helping us keep track of things such as number calls made during certain times of day etc. The ability to create multiple workflows for different departments or users is great! I would like that there was more flexibility in creating custom fields so we could have better control over our data collection process. We are solving problems with email marketing campaigns by automating tasks such as sending emails, tracking opens/clicks, etc. This has helped us save time while increasing efficiency.
