I like that our support team is able have access from anywhere so they can make changes without having an office set up close by them anymore! Their software needs some work though; sometimes it takes several tries before we get something working properly or even at all- which means troubleshooting hours are often spent trying things out only after giving us errors about what isn't supposed be there..
Also when using their ticketing system (iSuppor) - tickets don’t always go through right away but rather take awhile if ever getting assigned/resolved.- Support has been very helpful with finding ways around this issue however its still difficult during peak times of day where most people could just use another option instead since not everyone gets resolved quickly enough otherwise-.
