The customer support provided during implementation was exceptional. They worked closely with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy with the solution. Their responsiveness was second to none. Nothing. Everything about Alemba has been great from the end to end service to implementation and post implementation support. It's an all in one package for incident management, change control, release management, project management and change management. The user interface could be improved but this is really nit picking. We have seen significant benefits from using Alemba. The benefits include increased visibility into our business processes, a more efficient incident resolution process and greater transparency across our key operational areas.
