The most useful part about this system for us has been that it allowed our team members who may not have as much experience in service management, or in working within an org structure like ours, to be able to navigate their way around this software very easily. There were some features we wanted but couldn't find any information pertaining to them online so I'm hoping those are added soon! We can now see all tickets assigned to different teams/members, track progress on tickets and assign new ones to other people without having to manually do it ourselves. It also allows me to communicate effectively across my team.
