- Great customer support
- Easy interface/navigational structure.
- Well designed app from an employer's point if view (like when you want your employees or applicants know what opportunities lie ahead)
- Easily connectable through emails; easy accessibility throughout day to day operations as well!Cons : Nothing really comes up at this juncture while searching about disadvantages except being slightly too expensive

- Good pricing model compared against competition especially considering we'll see better expansion down south soon enough :)

- Not yet available outside US due too legal restrictions, though i expect great things shortly from servily

- Very user friendly product interface even non IT staff member are not found difficulty while using Servicenow tools
