I like the way they help my company create a better way to automate our processes. They have a team who have been so helpful and have taken the time to understand our needs and processes. They do not have a lot of experience with Microsoft products, hence their knowledge and expertise could be a little bit more robust. I would say Servicely is a good software to manage our processes and data. They have been able to implement a lot of our processes and data. We have been able to automate a lot of our daily tasks that we previously had to do manually. The best part is that it has helped us in finding the right candidates for our jobs. It has also helped us in reducing time spent on screening resumes. I have not found anything which I dislike. We are able to find the right candidate for the job in no time. It helps in decreasing the time spend on screening resumes. It has improved the performance of our team.
